Top 5 Best Books for Personal Growth!

I have high hopes for the new year! This year I plan to leave behind everything that didn’t serve and start fresh. No more excuses, just action. If you’re like me and have big plans for the new year, I’ve compiled a list of my 5 favorite books for personal growth and development. I don’t usually have a lot of time to read so these books cut right to the case, are very quick reads, and provide a ton of impactful information.
1. The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg
This is one of my hands-down absolute all-time favorite books for personal growth! I own a paper copy, I’ve got the audiobook, and the e-book version.
If you want to get rid of bad habits, or establish a new habit/ routine this book is the one book you need to read. This book dives into the neuroscience behind how we form habits, and how to effectively make long-term changes to our habits. It also discusses how positive habits can have a profound domino effect in our lives.

2. The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success by Deepak Chopra
The start of a new year is a great time to work on shifting your mindset. If you need to shift your mindset surrounding success and abundance, and want to manifest your dreams, this is the book! Deepak Chopra’s writing style is concise and to the point in this book making it a very quick read/ listen. Don’t let its length fool you though, it’s packed with information. This is a book find myself re-reading often.
